Photography & film pricing guide
-
With us being a relatively newlywed couple ourselves, we can relate so well to all of our couples and put ourselves in your shoes while we capture the story of your wedding. Booking both your photography and videography with us has many benefits. As a husband and wife duo, we complement each others style and keep our aesthetic elements consistent, which transfers into both the photography and the videography. We know exactly what to expect from one another throughout the day and being able to communicate effectively at all times is key, especially during those vital moments that you can’t re-do and only get once chance to get right.
-
In most cases, Eunice focuses on the photography, and Jan Willem on the videography. But both of us have plenty of experience doing either, meaning that we fully understand the ins and outs of both roles, and can look out for each other and assist whenever needed, such as setting up audio recorders or flash equipment for example. Sometimes we like to switch it up a bit on the day too, just to keep things interesting!
-
Absolutely, when booking us for both photo & video we like to keep things simple; there are two ‘base packages’, one for the photography, and one for the videography. The two base packages contain a few standard options, but can be tailored to your needs with a selection of add-ons which you can find out more about below.
-
Of course! We actually prefer to chat with every single one of our clients before securing a booking, whether this is a quick phone call, video call or face to face meeting. We want to make sure that we’re on the same page and are the right fit for you!
Like to know more? Or have some burning questions? We’d love to discuss the all the options over a video or audio call. If you’re on this page then you’ve most likely already been chatting with us one way or another, so just get back in touch to arrange this!
Looking forward to chat soon!

One photographer is normally sufficient for small to medium sized ‘all-in-one’ location weddings, where everything is happening in the same venue. We both work side to side capturing the essentials of the day and prioritise coverage based on what you find most important. If you wish to have more coverage, different points of view and especially if the wedding takes places in multiple locations during the day then we highly recommend adding on a second photographer.
-
This covers the preparation until the evening dancing and everything in between. If the standard 9 hour coverage doesn’t quite cut it, we offer additional hourly coverage. Useful for weddings with an early ceremony and a late finish, or if you have sparklers or fireworks later at night.
We offer additional photo & video coverage at a rate of £95 per hour
-
We always deliver a minimum of 500 images, carefully selected and professionally edited.
A separate gallery containing a black and white version of each photo is also included.
-
We will hand-pick about 10 images and edit them for you within a few days after the wedding. We know you’re probably super excited to see some content and want to show your friends and family!
-
Once we’ve finalised your beautiful pictures, we also want to make sure you’ll receive it in style. For the photographs, we use a beautiful online gallery service with a funny name called ‘Smugmug’. It’s accessible only by persons who have the link or by email, and has a few handy functions such as high quality downloads, slideshow and sharing options.
Here is an example of a typical full day photo gallery that our clients receive.

Get in touch to arrange a video/audio call or face-to-face meeting if possible (coffee is on us!). We recommend arranging this shortly after the booking just to touch base and have a brief chat to explain more about our photography and videography, of course we’d love to find out more about your wedding plans! Then we also recommend a brief follow up chat a bit closer to the date, just to go over the plan of action and confirm all details.
Optional add-ons;
-
During the wedding day, we are constantly having to prioritise coverage, so we are capturing the most important parts. A second photographer is often a lifesaver for many reasons, it means we can be in two places at the same time. It’s most useful for; groom preparation, guest arrivals, additional ‘detail’ shots, more candid shots of guests, the groom’s reaction during bridal entrance and so much more. Having a second photographer also takes a big weight of the main photographer’s shoulders. It means that one person can focus on the ‘essential shots’, giving the other the opportunity to take more risks and get extra creative.
When booking photo & video together, we associate with a select few photographers that we know and trust and have previous working experience with.
-
A beautiful wooden box and flash drive, with customisable engraving. It will contain the same photos and films as seen in your galleries. Perfect as a keepsake, backup and also for easy playback on a Smart TV/computer.
-
In this digital age, wedding albums are sadly being requested far less than they used to. Which is why we don’t include them in the standard package price. And also because many couples prefer designing and ordering their own photo book or album through a self fulfilled service like Photobox or even in Boots.
If however you want a stunning premium wedding album with museum grade paper and a beautiful cover, then get in touch. We have a partnership with a wedding album manufacturer that exclusively works with photographers, and therefore offers beautiful bespoke albums at reasonable prices.
-
Sometimes called an ‘engagement photoshoot’. We will arrange a date, time and location that is suitable for all of us!
Many of our clients always mention to us that they are camera shy, or are very unsure about what to do when being photographed. The pre-wedding shoot is a great way to break the ice and give you some experience in front of the camera. Pretty much everyone has told us that it was so much more relaxed and fun than they expected, and that its helpful to have this experience for when it comes to the real thing on the big day. We often like to combine this with a coffee and a chat before or after the shoot.
The videography side
Included;
-
The exact same principle as the photography side of things, except the videographer captures video clips instead of still images. We both work side to side capturing the essentials of the day and prioritise coverage based on what you find most important. If you wish to have more coverage, different points of view and especially if the wedding takes places in multiple locations during the day then we highly recommend adding on a second videographer.

Same concept as the sneak peek for the photography, but instead of still images, it will be a short 1 minute edit containing a small selection of clips from the day to share with friends and family.
-
The highlights film is our most popular film, and if you’re on this page then you’ve probably already seen an example of one. The clue is in the name, it contains all the best bits, all edited together into a compact but well-paced, cinematic, story driven, emotion invoking film. Often using parts of the speeches or the ceremony as a narrative.
-
These will be in your gallery as two separate films that cover the ceremony and speeches from start to finish. They also contain high quality audio of any person speaking. The films involve multiple cameras to capture different angles and perspectives during the wedding ceremony and speeches, to enhance the overall storytelling and presentation.
-
For the films we use a platform called Vidflow, which is also accessible by link or email invite only. It provides a sleek video gallery and lets you view your films in beautiful 4k & HD quality on any device. There’s also an option to download the files or share the gallery with friends and family.
Here is an example of a typical video gallery:
-
We always aim capture some stunning aerial shots of your chosen location(s), to incorporate the footage into your films and sometimes to capture some aerial photographs as well. The ability for us to capture drone footage does depend on the right weather conditions and the appropriate permission and location.
Optional add-ons;
-
Similar to a second photographer, it also provides the ability to be in two places at the same time and provide extra coverage and footage. Also very useful in assisting the main videographer with moving equipment around, and assisting in setting up audio recorders and additional camera angles during the ceremony & speeches. We highly recommend adding on a second videographer in most cases, but especially if you are considering add-ons such as a documentary film, feature film or guest video messages.
When booking photo & video together, we associate with a select few videographers that we know and trust and have previous working experience with.
-
The documentary film is a longer format film and can be anywhere from 30 minutes to over 60 minutes long, the length depends on how much footage was captured during the day, and if a second videographer was hired. The documentary film contains a selection of all useable footage that was captured during the day. The clips are first reviewed and processed so any imperfections such as excessive camera shake or missed focus clips are removed, then they are arranged in time-order and edited on fully licensed soundtracks. -
The feature film is basically an extended version of the highlights film. If you prefer a longer film, but still like that ‘cinematic’ look, then the feature film is a great choice.

Live streaming is the next best thing to actually attending the wedding. It’s perfect for friends and family that cannot attend the and still want to be a part of the wedding.
We use our Youtube Channel to broadcoast the live stream, and it is on ‘invite by link only’ basis, so only people who you share the link with will be able to view it. There is an option to enable the stream to be viewed on ‘catch up’ once the stream has finished.
We offer the following live streaming options:
single camera - £200
two-camera - £475
three-camera - £575
Disclaimer: we cannot guarantee live streaming availabilities in remote areas with limited signal coverage or the venue’s wifi signal.
